David
Wilcove is senior ecologist at the Environmental Defense Fund
in Washington, D.C. where he focuses on endangered species issues. He
previously worked for the Wilderness Society and the Nature Conservancy.
He has written over 70 articles and book chapters on various aspects of
biodiversity conservation. He received a Ph.D. in biology from Princeton
University.
